hunting with semi auto 5.56

I have almost 3 decades experience trapping and hunting. All that experience has taught me that a semi automatic rifle is always better than any other action of rifle. One shot kills are normal for me but multiple targets are as well and manually reloading is always slower. That’s my choice and anyone that thinks anyone else shouldn’t have that choice go pound sand.

i guess you didn't get my sarcasm.....

90% of what i own are semi's

cool, where in sask were the hogs? i was out calling coyotes a few years ago east and north of yorkton and i saw a pack of 5 or 6 black things coming towards me across the snowy field. my first thought was "sh!t, i had called in a pack of wolves" when they got closer, i saw they were a group of hogs trotting along the field. didn't shoot any as i didn't have permission to do so but after the land owner said i should have gotten em all as they are prolific pests in that area

They’ve populated a large part of central sask for a few years now. Finding them isn’t easy and to make matters worse, some land owners don’t see them as a problem don’t allow anyone permission to hunt them.
