It will be all ####ed in in a couple of months...same guys that wrecked it before will be back in force.....

They've listed some fairly strict rules, but I think the biggest plus is that there are alot more mods and many are known to other posters. I hope it stays up, I actually think you'll see some people get punted early on to set an example.
