Husqvarna 12g Rolling block

Does anyone know if it's possible to convert a 12g Husqvarna Rolling Block to large bore centerfire rifle? Would it be as simple as a barrel swap, or would lining the barrel be a better option due to the size?
Anyone have any experience with these? Good? Bad? Ugly?

As long as the breach thread is under 1", just buy a 1" or 1 1/8" barrel blank and fit it.
