From the pics, I would say a number 165 or even 365. The 50 series have a straight bolt handle.
The model 65 (1919-1942) have an ocotgonal barrel wich yours don't have, the model 165 was made 1943-1951 and the 369 from 1952 to 1963.
The M/165 have a 25.20 inches barrel while the M/365 have a shorter one, at 23.62 inches.

Not much to say more than it's a Mauser M/71 derivative action.

Ther Swedes did not use these rifles for military training.

Can you provide S/N

Well, we do it all the time.... anyhow, if you are worried, just give the first digits, using XX for the two last digits.

No, it's NOT a 622, nor a 1622 neither is it a 1722... they are more "modern" looking and full size .22s REPEATER Rifles.

You don't find it in the Skydevaaben site just because it copies the HVA museum book (Husqvarna Jaktvapen 1870-1977) wihich does not lists the models 65 / 165.

Check out the descriptions on the same site, look for the 165 single shot.

21### only tells me it's a M/165.

BTW, the 65 series (including the 165 and the 365) were the higher grade of the .22 LR rfiles. The selling price was almost twice the price of a 55 series (including the 56, 155 and 255).

i have done some more reaserch. found info a little thin. but from what you say and what iv found.
m165 mfg 1943-1951.
i am just looking to be able to answer when guys ask me what the heck is that.

so they were just general hunting rilfes sold to the public in sweaden (or were they avalibal else ware) between 1943-1951.
