Probably requires bedding though eh?
I have a wtb ad up for one already bedded and kitted out with an adjustable trigger/ scope friendly safety etc so here’s hoping anyways. Nothing is easy when you are a gun nut![]()

A bedded stock won't help you necessarily, you need the stock bedded to YOUR rifle, there is enough variance that what works on one will not always work on another. - dan
B&C make 2 98 stocks, one for military footprint, one for Mark X with adjustable trigger and side safety.
This would be a placeholder stock till I can afford a wildcat when I finish school.
Lend me 500 bucks?

Hard to budget when you have the cash and there are such good enablers online.
Thinking I will just bed it myself in its wood stock and install a flip flop pad. But I’ve been known to destroy everything I’m attempting to fix, still probably cheaper than a B&C to have a gunsmith bed and install a pad
Really I was hoping for a drop in solution to replace a cracked stock for a range toy; nothing is simple in this life I suppose. Never seen a B&C in the flesh but I know they are heavy.
