husqvarna making rifles again!?

Ok i was at the range two days ago and someone noticed the two husqvarnas i was shooting and remarked that the huskvarna Rep. had been here recently and that they were going to begin producing rifles again!? Anyone actualy hear anything about this?
 
No mention of it on there website, and that's generally a good place to start with rumors. A company will generally start leaking out advertising prior to even completing the development of a product to see how it is going to be recieved. Husqvarna is not the same company that it was 40 years ago, and even if they did start making a rifle again, it woulden't be wise to automatically ebrace it. Companies that make firearms as their bread and butter often have difficulty withdoing it well.

"...huskvarna(SIC) Rep..." Wouldn't pay the least bit of attention to anything a garden tool/machine salesman said about firearm production.
