They're a lot harder to find hit with a .220 Swift or 90gr HP's from a .270[red mist]...............Harold

My old haunts are about cleansed.A buddy and myself took about 5years of shooting 2.5 cases of .22 HP's [5000 rds per case] each summer . I was using a 1" scoped Co-oey 75 SS and bi-pod ,The dairy farm had no pasture left but after the 5 year stint the grass actually grew high enough to hide a gopher.Early in the spring they are cannibalistic and will eat one another until the greenery starts showing up.Everywhere there was once pasture is now acreages.Abrick of 500 could be used up without moving in a couple hours easy..................Harold ***too dry for many gophers this year

There is a fella that may or may not have the parts, I still have to get the thing apart.
Took the metal out of the wood, and removed the trigger, and thats how far I dare, cause its so sweet , don't want to mess it up, not knowing whats next on the tear down...
