The projectile is seated in an bore that is larger than the diameter of the breech loading propellant cartridge, in similar fashion to a so called "Manton breech." Of course a Manton percussion rifle is nothing like this modern arm.
It is merely a curiousity in Canada as all modern percussion arms are non restricted (so far anyways.)
still an interesting novelty.
Will it quickly disappear like the Daisy caseless .22 rifle of yore? Time will tell.
Edit: They make a big show of placing the propellant capsule THEN putting in the primer. "The fish and game boys might have ya on camra ya know!" lol.
