The durability of this finish is excellent, it's the same process that manufactures use to put their camo packages together. Everything gets a clear coat, your choice of matte, satin or high gloss.
The whole process takes about a week to complete.

Question about the process, cerekote clear coat? then printing, then cerekote clear coat finish? I read that cerakote is often used as the clear coat...

For anyone who hasn't seen the dip, below is a good video of the process, only need to watch about 1st minute of the video to see the dip.

What is the final coating you use? How durable is it? Just to confirm, the pricing you listed includes the cleaning, dipping, and final clear coat? Will the dipping process affect a bedding job or is that all taped off or something? Thanks. I have a B&C stock begging for a nice Kryptek.

Look guys, the guy who does this for us is away at a show this week so I can't say for sure what we use as the clear coat, I will find out and post it when I know.
As far as the clear coat goes you have 3 options matte, satin or high gloss.
As far as what looks the best, that is all personal preference. The clear coat whether matte, satin or high gloss will last just as long and is very durable.
