hyper volocity ok to shoot?

Is it OK to shoot .22lr hyper velocity 40 grain ammo (like CCI Velocitor) from all .22lr guns? I thought I had read somewhere that you couldn't shoot it out of a Henry .22 lever gun, but I can't remember where I read that.

I have shot stingers out of every .22 I own with no problems. in the end they are all .22lr

Some Russian target pistols, as well as some older Hi-Standard pistols (IIRC ) , may be at risk with the hyper-velocity rounds.......a modern Henry should be able to take 'em all easily...

Don't use CCI Stingers in a Match Dlask barrel.The case is a little longer than regular .22 and that could cause problems.Standard .22 is a tight fit.
