I almost should be posting this in the Precision Forum

In my experience both shoot accurately.

In my experience both of the Savage center-fires have had manufacturing defects and extremely poor finishes.

In my experience the Tikka will have a vastly super bluing/finish but has plastic parts where the savage will have metal.

I've come to the conclusion, based on the tighter quality control, and the superior finishing, that the Tikka is the superior firearm.

Tikka trumps Savage, 99% of the time.
A Tikka that does not shoot is the exception.
Eagleye.
