what I do see in another aspect is the same type of wording used online again that was used a few years back when the poor mans james bond book was put up and the big books of bombs, wording like "we dont condone" it is illegal" "educational purposes" etc etc , hard to get a site torn down that obides by the rules and dosnt come right out and say DO IT !

Hm... it's pretty obvious that this site is clearly advocating illegal activity, but might this not also constitute terrorist activity in the strict legal sense? Given that they're apparently US-based, perhaps somebody could convince a US-resident friend to report these criminals to the FBI?
