Just got back from the range. First time out with my new savage fcp-sr in 308. Put together some 168 smk and 178 amax to try. 100 rounds and no issues with pressure or misfires. Gun seems to like the smk over the amax. I will make up some more charge weights that looked promising. I had a few fliers but I was happy overall with the results all things considered. Time to head out to the shop and tumble for some fresh reloads.
I am hooked!
