Choate stuff doesn't seem to have an official dealer/supplier in Canada. Numerous emails to Choate stateside have gone unanswered. Pretty typical service for a manufacturer dealing with Canada. My only luck getting their stuff has been through Brownells online or off fellow forum members.

Just got one from Juan Valdez about two weeks ago. He had at least one or two more there when I picked mine up. Look him up, google North Shore Barrels.

I had a good friend sent one north to me from Colorado. Choate does not send over the border I've spoken with the owner. you need to contact someone south and pay them to order one for you.
