In Quebec it’s the law to register long guns - if you don’t register you risk fines/jail.
In Ontario, you don’t need to be a member at a gun club to have the provincial CFO approve a restricted transfer. Even though you’ve purchased your gun from Tenda and paid for it, if in Quebec you need a range membership (try the French language forum) and you can’t produce one for the CFO, they’ll decline the transfer and you’ll have to get you money ack from Tenda.
