I bought rifle , shotgun from tenda Ontario .should I register guns in Quebec ?

from tenda online , after I received guns , should I register them online in Quebec ? is it law ?
I bought 2 handguns also , i am not gun club member yet , is it ok to own handguns ?or join gun club later?
 
In Quebec it’s the law to register long guns - if you don’t register you risk fines/jail.

In Ontario, you don’t need to be a member at a gun club to have the provincial CFO approve a restricted transfer. Even though you’ve purchased your gun from Tenda and paid for it, if in Quebec you need a range membership (try the French language forum) and you can’t produce one for the CFO, they’ll decline the transfer and you’ll have to get you money ack from Tenda.

Just wondering, when did you get your PAL/RPAL? These are all questions you should already know the answers to.

thanks , I only have license number , rcmp is gonna print the card in the few weeks , this is delay . so I buy first, join later . is it ok ?
and I received the long guns , then register online in Quebec , is that ok ?
 
Not sure of Quebec laws. In Ontario, the licensing process is quite thorough, though everyone I talked to, aside from the CFO, was sure to remind me that nothing they said is "legal advice." I suggest contacting the people "in charge" wherever you are , and being transparent with them. Tell them your situation and your intentions and ask for advice, make sure they are qualified to provide and guarantee the answers given.
 
Look at the stats here guys. Zero posts, zero trade rating, and just joined in June.

What you need to do here as a newbie, is post a picture of your PAL, so we can see your face and properly welcome you. Holding your two pistols in the shot would be helpful also.

as per his posts, he doesn't have the card yet, still waiting … a total newbie … but, that raises a serious question of his PAL/RPAL course instructor …

if their teach safety at the same level, I would not want to be close-by at a range ...
