Vomz Pilad (Russian made) 2-10 x 52, with a Dragunov reticle (of course!) calibrated for 7.62x54R.
I've been hitting pretty consistently with iron sights on it out to 400meters, though it does throw some flyers. I wanted to scope it and spend some quality bench time with it and start tinkering with shims and barrel pressure adjustment on the forend and see what I can do to get it nice and tight.
Nice scope, although when maxed out I can't focus on anything nearer than about 50 feet (shocking!). Once I get the whole rig to the range and run a few hundred rounds through, I'm going to write up the scope mount (they're the new ones from Corwin-Arms ). My initial impression of the mount is very positive. Really easy no-tap mount, but a solid mounting system that should keep it solid, which is an issue for SVT's... I've seen a few others that rely on side pressure to hold them in place, this one uses a neat trick to keep it from sliding forward/back under recoil, and was a 10 minute install.
