i desided CZ SP-01 .. anything to be aware of..?

Hi.. i was looking for a first pistol to buy, and kinda stopped my search on CZ SP-01... has anyone have something to say about it. ? any reviews are welcome.. how comfortable/accurate/reliable do you find yours...?

Go visit Target Sports - call them first - I think they still have a Shadow on display. If it feels right in your hand - get it. The only think to be aware of: you're going to be an addict.

+1... but I believe they also have one as a range gun ( sp01 shadow ) ... they did a few weeks ago as far as I can remember.

Either way, you wont be disappointed.. that i can GUARANTEE!!

Didn't know about the club gun - that's even better... The Shadow was the 1st handgun I bought: an IPSC shooter let me try his - with trigger job done - at Silverdale. After a couple of rounds I was hooked.

The shadow has the fiber optic sights, no lanyard ring and a better trigger. Other than that they are the same. Those modifications where factory made for IPSC users.

1. FO front sight and Competition rear on the Shadow.
2. Different Frame the Shadow is cut under the trigger more and under the Beavertail
3. Different trigger
4. The hammer hooks on the Shadow are cut differently to eliminate trigger creep
5. The Shadow does not have a firing pin block
