Part A: I added an Area 419 12” Arca Rail and an MDT GRND-POD. (I had a sling-stud mounted bipod on it, but it seemed to have a lot of ‘play’. When I tried to tighten the ‘play’ out of it, I pulled out the pins that sit in the stud-swivel. Easy fix, but didn’t seem stable. The Arca-Rail was an easy install and between the two additions on the stock… WAY MORE STABILITY!

Part B: I added an Arken EP-5 (5-25x56!) in MDT Premier Rings. Much magnification + More Light + Milrad Reticle + Paralax Adjustment (Holy #### I can see).

Nice.
Now that your scope is upgraded, I would recommend shooting white paper targets, rather than the 'shoot - n - see' type. Paper targets have a smaller impact indication, allowing you to distinguish them better.

Unfortunately I don’t think I’ve use a Harris. I know (for sure) I like this type of mount for stability.
The Bipod is not spring-loaded (like, at all), so not I see the ‘play’ in the slight movement of the legs…

Yes, absolutely (regarding lighter color paper targets). I used these up (last of the package I bought to take a kid shooting) to sight-in the optic.
I am farkling my CZ for positional shooting in production-class. I am working for accuracy, repeatability, and ‘method’ or rhythym) over precision at this time. Dan

I went and bought the same MDT bipod today.

I put it on my 452 Varmint with 5-25x56 Premier and Infiray thermal. It seems to hold up ok but the side tightening knob is cheap plastic and overall it's mildly rickety. I'm used to an LRA so I'm comparing a Toyota to a Tonka.

It should do the trick for this target/muskrat .22 I think.

Nice stock, what is it? I have a 452 Varmint as well, along with an At-one. Both are very accurate. TC

Nice job, Another easy thing to do with the Pro Varmint stock ,is remove the action and see where the 2 action bolts come thru the stock on earlier models they had thin metal inserts where the bolts came thru. These inserts were were friction fit. Epoxy around outside the inserts takes away any sloppiness, helps make a more rigid connection between stock and action
Enjoy your build
