As mentioned 8x56r, very common surplus ammo in that condition.
I purchased a lot a couple years ago of about 160rds on the clips for 160$. Personally I would say 10$-15$ a clip loaded would be a fair price (the Mannlicher clip itself being worth 5-10$, and the rounds being worth about a dollar each).
As to rifles it can be used in there is two main rifles which will take it. The Steyr M95s which have been converted to 8x56r (most of them were converted and are fairly common and inexpensive), and the Hungarian M35 (a pretty rare rifle).
