So there is a Gent I know that has some firearms. After many talks with him, and his wife
I was finally given a list of what he had
After a few talks with him his wife decided it was time for him to sell some of his guns. I seen a 45-70 listed and I couldn't beleive it when I seen it.
A Browning 1886 in 45-70 in it's original box, in the original plastic wrap, with the original grese in the action, ect, ect. Never been shot never been cycled, never even had a round put in the chamber. I asked him when he bought it. He opened his book and proudly told me 1989.
I then asked how much he wanted for it. He said that he didn't remember what he paid for it but figured that $800 was a fair price.
I never wrote a cheque so quick in my life.
For your viewing pleasure.
So I figured that I needed a birthday present and a end of LGR present. Can't get much better than this.
