Looks French or Belgian. The name isn't likely the manufacturor, although I could be wrong on that if its a really small manufacturor. It might be custom writing, or the retailer. Any proof or inspection markings? If it's truly from the flint lock era and was a later conversion, its pretty old. Very cool.
