They can be had in Kanada.
I've seen quite a few for sale.
IIRC they were about 150$, give or take.
There was also a Kanadian dealer that had a pair of burst kits on his site.
Forgot who, but it was in Alberta.

There is nothing wrong with having the autosear, what you are thinking about is the DIAS unit ot Lightning Link which drop into a semi auto lower and convert it to FA. Not would a person have to drill a hole, but there is another machining step that would be required with most commercial semi auto reciever.

i am pretty sure they would ask you for a copy of your form 4 before shipping this anyway. Not that it matters since you could buy them right here. Like the other have said i would stay away from this big time because i am sure you could get charge with the Canadian equivalent of manufacturing intent.

On the shipping and export, I'm sure you are correct. Since the autosear is a part excusively for the use in an automatic rifle, I'm sure it's caught in 9898 hell without redemption.

As for it's possession in Canada, that's not so certain. IIRC, a guy was charged with a disassembled silencer in his possession. The judge ruled they were simply parts until assembled. It would appear that we do not suffer from the same "constructive possession" issues as out American Cousins.

You will need a registered sear first (~$14,000 US). If you try use those parts without a registered sear then Bubba is gonna love you for a loooong time, just like if you were to try that in Canada.

.223 bullets that shrink!! :)

A friend of mine wanted to know if I could explain why his rounds in his AR 15 get jammed when feeding into the barrel and then the bullet is shoved back into the case! He said he was using factory bullets from winchester? should this happen and why would it happen? Also if this bullet is pushed back into the case with the primer untouched, will or could this bullet be much hazard?

talk about hijacking a thread.. Create your own...

Simple answer is no it shouldn't happen...
1 of 3 things is happening...
the round it getting caught on the ramp and deforming before it gets into the barrel, their is something in his barrel which is preventing the round from going in properly or there is something wrong with the rounds themselves...

Non the less this is a bad situation..
