I hate gunshows.

Lifes not so bad here on the Island. Yesterday I picked up a 1937 S/42 K98 at the Duncan show the first 2 minutes I was there and upon leaving a fellow mentioned he'd just put an Oberndorf made Swede M96 on consignment at our local shop so I snagged that baby on the way home. Not to shabby for one day.

No chance for young guys such as myself to get their hands on a non R/C 98k anytime soon because of guys like you.

Well Tater you gotta get up early to beat us to the gunshow, and ergo the bargains...

Phoenix show

I don't travel to the phoenix show.
Why should I drive 120 miles, pay admission, and then look at all the things I CAN'T AFFORD

Are you serious. I am itching to get away from this stinking winter. But the gun show in Edmonchuck was pretty good this year though. Hey Ft McMoney has plenty of work. Or are you just talking about leaving the Island on holiday?

I did see several really nice Swiss rifles, and a nice Mosin at another table.

Also tater keep in mind once you leave home you will have to pay someone rent, and places that are having a "boom" are also the most expensive to live in Canada, and after a certain point in wages it shifts to paying lots in taxes.
