I have found that a flouresent light above the bench can make the scale go wonky.
JayCarver. My RCBS scale seems to drift. After it warms up for a few hours a weighed charge might read 46.0 gr on the RCBS, however weighed on the Acculab scale they range from .08 to .2 gr heavier.
I have my scale sitting on a 3 inch thick 12"x18" granite surface plate on top of a 2 inch thick laminated maple bench top. No jiggling going on here.
