#1, They will NOT transfer the receiver, even if it has no stock. The receiver is listed as "Prohibited" in the FRT. I know, I tried, even with proof I destroyed the stock. No go.
#2, Because a court case was started to determine it's status, all current owners (some were contacted, most were not) can keep and use their Walther G22 as a non-restricted firearm. Whether or not you can lend it to another person (it IS non-restricted after all) has never been answered.
#3, No idea on when the final court date will be.
