I have a proposition

What...? "look at the Ferrari"? Who wants to look at it? Driving it is what it's all about! I call false advertising!

:p

2 of my 3 shooters were over 6'5" and even getting in the Ferrari was an impossibility for them and the 3rd although a more normally sized fellow wasn't interested in driving it. What can I say? We looked at it, fired it up, took pics.

I will chime in here as c-fbmi is up to his ears in aligators running his business, As I was one of the shooters.

The trip was a success. Gracious witty host, nice folks who also joined me, the food first rate, the single malts top grade, the cars were fast and the women first class.

The selection of guns was extensive and varied from .204 Ruger to 50 cal. lots of ammunition to test on a daily basis. So we were kept busy at the range all day everyday. We never got everything done in the time we had, but we did our best to give c-fbmi enough test evaluations of loads to keep him busy in the reloading room if he ever finds time.

Yes the Ferrari never got driven. The evening it got taken out of the garage it was quickly apparent the other fellas were to big physcially to get in it. By that time I had a couple drinks of single malt and was not about to drive the mans very expensive car. We just never got around to getting it out of the garage again. I know if I would have asked it would have happened.
c-fbmi gave me his PT cruiser to drive around for the time I was there, and to tell you the truth I was happy scooting around in it with the back filled full of his guns.

For me it was an experience I truely enjoyed as I got to play with alot of guns and calibers that I may have other wise never have got to shoot. I met alot of interesting people and made some new friends. You can ask for much more than that.

Any other questions feel free to ask, pictures will get posted.

Heres some photos of the activities, unfortunately my shooters were not photo bugs

Gotta love your local range c-fbmi,... 500yds., and concrete benches, snow up high, and a graded access road ... man, this Ont. geezer is some envious.

A chance to fill a bear tag? <from the bench, AND, through the chrono?> ..... priceless. ...

I have a particular love of full stock rifles
