I have direct experience with FOC shipping the wrong firearm

FOC had shipped me an incorrect coloured forend, twice in a row (same one in fact, lol). In the end, 3d time was the charm - sent the correct one, said keep the wrong one and sent me a box of 5.56 for my troubles.
 
Glad to see you share this with us today, i was active on the last thread with "cman" and while i agreed with him at the start of the thread only 2 or 3 pages in i realized this guy was the one at fault. I have had a lot of experience with FOC as i shop there in person a lot, i have had only one bad experience and that was with one of their sales associates who gave me the whole "you're wasting my time" vibe. Otherwise they have been very helpful and i have probably spent at least a few thousand dollars there over the last few years.

Your a newbie, first of all, have some respect for someone who has been on here for many, many years.

The internet censorship bill is coming up next folks. Stop giving the authoritarian governments more ammo to enact these laws.. we don't want, nor need them.

This is a forum, EVERYONE has a voice, even new members.

A while back I ordered an item, it was the wrong item and my fault. Called FOC to enquire about an exchange for the right one; they did not have one, so they graciously asked me to send the item back and gave me a full refund.

Very professional way to conduct a business.
 
I had a missship with FOC myself. They shipped the wrong firearm, once I made them aware they paid for the shipping to return it and promptly sent be out the correct firearm. I work in a shipping industry myself and understands mistakes can happen at various levels. In my opinion FOC is a good place to deal with. i will continue to deal with them in the future.
My only complaint is response time on emails but with how busy things are I’m not sure that’s a valid complaint

How do opinions have legs? If you don’t want to read someone else’s buying experience for your future knowledge, you don’t ! Just need to just ignore it.
