I just bought a New Winchester shotgun

So I just bought a Winchester sxp black shadow. I fired about 15 rounds. First shell didn't eject properly or so I thought(I just needed to pull the pump back just a bit further) It's going to take some getting used to with the inertia assisted pump. So far I love it.

I guess I'm used to rifle shooting, pulling the gun back to my shoulder with my off hand - the Sxp does a full half cycle for me when I fire.

Almost a SEMI semi auto lol

its the fastest pump you can buy once you get the rhythm down you will be even more amazed wouldn't trade mine for anythign

Had my sxp field out for the first time this week. It was flawless but I can't say the I noticed the inertia assistance. I did see a video where the guy shot it without his hand on the fore grip and it auto ejected the shell.

I've never tried with one hand but it certainly does almost eject it.

Yup love these guns I dropped a nice doe with my older 1300 black shadow deer model. Same inertia system the the new sxp has. But better fitting stocks and made is the US not Turkey.

Wonder why you don't see any 1200s or 1300s hardly ever on the EE? Because they're incredible. I regret selling my 20g upland special on here.

My first gun ever when turned 16 was a Winchester model 1200 12ga with vent rib and Winchoke. Great shotguns aren't they!
