I just scored scored some FREE powder!! :)

I fell into a similar situation. Was generously given a whack of components, two loaders and a few old pounds of powder, including an old tin of Unique!

Though the other powders have limited data:

452AA
Win 571 (which I gather is the same as HS-7)
Win Western 450LS

Time to get creative! Enhoy

I also got a free press and leftover components from a co-worker who had them left behind by a previous owner of his house.
PW 375, 12 and 20 gauge die sets, 1.5 lbs of 452AA, 2 lbs of Red Dot, and a few bags of wads, including some old CIL wads in good shape but likely no data to use them. I just need to buy some more powder bushings so I can tune the drops, or Mec bushing converter to use my Mec bushings.

There are lots of old shotshell presses generally collecting dust out there with the price of components versus promo loads, as not many are still loading 12 or 20 gauge except for specialty loads (slugs, buck, or special shot loads).

Those are Mec parts for sure, 3 powder bushings, one charge bar, some wad guides, 8 point crimp starter for the older metal dies, mount bolts and a couple other odds and ends.

The Trap 100 powder is the same as 452AA, both long discontinued, but data still exists for it. The 540 is the same as HS-6, which is still around, but no longer sold as 540.

The 540 and the yellow WAA12F114 wads would have been used for heavier field loads (1 1/4 oz wad)

Thanks for the info. I have some reading to do and videos to watch since I know very little about shotgun reloading. The next step will be to find a press.

I've used HS-6 for .45ACP. Is it safe to use the same data with 540 or are there differences?
