I just want to say thanks to RCBS

Hey everyone,

Last week I bought a RCBS Pow'r Puller Bullet Kit and was really impressed with it. It worked well, price was right and I liked the green colour

A few days ago I received a RCBS 5-0-5 scale from the EE and it was missing the wire support for the support pan. I saw that they sold a replacement pan and support (for almost $23 ), but figured since I only needed the wire support, I'd e-mail customer service and see if they could help me. I was up front saying that I bought it used and that the wire support was missing. I had an e-mail back in 13 minutes asking for my address and I had a replacement sent my way free of charge. Now that's what I call customer service.

I've been using Lee equipment for about 8 years now and it's always served me well and I haven't had any issues that I recall, but after this I think next time I order a reloading tool I'll be seeing green.

RCBS is top notch for sure with customer service! my parents went down to palm springs and on the way back actually stopped by RCBS, i got my dad into reloading and since i dont have the space i have all my equpment at the parents house, i asked him to pick me up a set of dies , RCBS also sent alont - a free hat, vest patch, sticker, lock rings grub screws x10, 5x decapping pins THAT is customer service!

I called them the other day to ask if the collet I broke in my kinetic bullet puller was under warranty and the nice lady asked for my name and address and said one was on the way. A few years ago I broke a decapping pin on my 17FB die and they sent me a few for free. I have a lot of respect for this company.

Yep, I've had similar experiences with both RCBS and Dillon. Great to be in a hobby where the industry that serves us treats us so well.

I totally agree, their customer service is second to none as far as I'm concerned. I even did the smash your Rcbs powder dispenser with a hammer for warranty trick. I think they had a new one to my door in like 2 weeks.

I agree - RCBS has outstanding customer service.

They have been extremely accommodating on several different accounts.

I have lots of green equipment and will continue to buy green.

I have been using their equipment for 40 years and have never had a problem. Don't plan a switch either.

They know how to treat their customers, some companies could learn a lot from them.
