This is my first shootable shotgun. I never owned nor fired shotguns in my life, so this is new experience.

The stock on her is a tad wobbly. Is that going to affect accuracy?

Also, what can I use full choke for? Is this a duck/goose gun only or it can be used something else, like clays?
Are there any aftermarket accessories for this model - like plastic stock/forend etc?

Google has some info on your gun.

Is the fore-end the wobbly one?

Not uncommon on pump guns.

I'm no expert, but I'm sure you musn't shoot that gun with the required steel shot for waterfowl until you have the choke opened up to modified.

A lot of people shoot clays with their hunting guns.

Probably looks like a plastic corncob. I would not expect that you will find much in the way of aftermarket accessories for a Stevens.
There will be a long bolt running up through the stock to attach it to the action. Might need to be tightened. IIRC, the bolt screws into a projection on the trigger guard, not the receiver. You might want to take the stock off and make sure everything is correct. If there is ongoing wiggle, you might consider glassbedding the stock to the action. Shoot it with the stock loose, and it will batter itself into being even looser.

You have an example of the standard grade Canadian hunting shotgun. Cheap pump, 12 gauge, Full choke. If it has a 3" chamber, so much the better.

What do you want to use it for? Except for the Full choke part, it's pretty utilitarian and you COULD use it for anything, though it won't excel at any. Full choke is a handicap in a couple of ways for you. The pattern will be too small for a novice shooter, and it'll be rotten with steel shot. Step 1 - ream it out to Imp Cyl.
