A friend called last night and asked if I could help them move everything out of the basement at her Dad's farm. Their basement flooded and I said yes I would, but I was going to look for some gophers afterward, she said ok. Then I decided to do it the fun way. :D

Do you draw with an upside down hand?
I have seen a few archers shoot this way, but they always have their string hand upside down so the arrow gets forced into the bow as they draw....

Pharaoh2, kudos to you for continuing with bowhunting - not everyone has your determination. I have great respect for your perseverance, to say the least!

And, based on your picture as well as your other firearms pics, nobody can ever accuse you of being 'unarmed'! :D

So how well can you shoot a bow? I am quite curious, that must have taken lots of practice, I can't shoot a traditional bow all that well with two good hands. Not bad with a compound though.

Definitely.

I work with a fellow out here with a prosthetic arm who golfs very well. He certainly can't be called out for bending his wrists when he swings. :D

We do let him know that his "handicap" doesn't get credited twice. :p
 
I used to shoot pretty good. When I shot a compound it was far easier. With my recurve I'm only comfortable out to about 20 yards or so. Although yesterday I couldn't have hit the ground if I fell on it. And for you camp cook:
