I love my Hornady Lock N Load

Well with Drama Daze II only a few days away.............I realized that I had ZERO rounds of 9mm for the kids to shoot their own IPSC match! (bad dad bad bad dad)...

picked up 2k primers today............

Sat down with "Diablo" as my case feeder...

2 hours 15 minutes later..................

963 rounds of 9mm 147 gn!!!

990 in 1.5 hours, but I was taking my time and have both a case and bullet feeder. The most time-consuming thing, now, is filling the priming tube and putting nearly 1000 rounds into 100-round boxes.

Makes me want to sell my Lee Turret (or keep and use later for other oddball calibers) and move onto a progressive. Loading 200 rounds per hour is somewhat painful. $500 should be enough to get a good press, no?

I kept my Lee Press just like you suggest for odd calibers and rifle..

That is why I picked up my Dillon SDB. I like my Lee turret, but I found it to be very slow, and now I should put out 300-500 an hour without trouble. I have yet to mount on my bench though!..(wife/kids keeping me busy!) My next toy will be the LNL for sure, I like that press! Scotty your price will be very close to the $500 mark...I think I paid around $595. It would have been less money.. but I ordered the spare parts kit, cover, strong mount, etc with the press. I would luv to have my basement looking like Lef T's on here! He has one fine set up in his basement! I think he has 4 or 5 Dillon SDB's on his bench! Too much money for this guy though!

Where are you guys ordering your Hornady and Dillon presses from? I know bear.23 sells Dillon but who else?

Same with Dillon, just have them ship it to you. You will pay more from anyone in Canada who carries loading equip.

It seems Hornady has had a promotion for 1K free bullets when you get a LnL, not valid in Canada but I can have them shipped to something in the US and thats an easy $150 that I can pocket to offset the press... hrm...
