I may have a problem with my leupold

I think I may have to send it for repair, when it's on 3x and I turn it up, it feels like a bump or it's catching on something before it reaches 4x and the same thing in between 8x and 9x. It turns nice in between 4x and 8x. It had scope caps on and when I took the objective one off the piece that has
3 x 9 x 40mm was very loose I can spin it off by hand. I think it needs repair, I'm not the original owner does that matter?

Great warranty with Leupold. While it's in Alberta, ask the fellow about the reticle upgrades. If you were ever interested in a mil-dot or any non-standard reticle, nows the time. I hear he can install anyone you want.

Nope, leupold warrants the scope for life, not the owners

Yes, send it in. Leupold's warrenty doesn't depend on you being the original owner. What I meant is that it doesn't matter if you were the original owner or not. You'll find that that Jim Korth Agencies has a quick turn around time I'd bet.... might as well get your scope fixed so that it works like it should.

Lifetime Warranty, that's what you pay for. If there's nothing wrong with it, they'll give it a checkup anyway.
