Somehow I got the bolt and all that jazz jammed up and stuck when i was performing some basic maintenance on my CZ 858.
I got it all unstuck but I noticed that the extractor "stay" looks alittle out of place ( it looks like it has popped out a bit ).

Can you guys tell me if this looks normal ? And if not, what can I do? ( I already tried pushing it in all back and get it to "snap" back to its original position, but it won't work.
* Maybe I'm just seeing things*

Might help if you tear it down and clean it.

The reassembly can be a b!tch, but this video I put together might help

Another video (below) made by a board member DaveMachine might also be helpful. Depends on the length of your spring and/or spring pocket, his method doesn't always work since the plunger won't always stay in the pocket.

Good luck!

Dis-assemble the bolt & check the extractor detent spring and also the detent itself. Might have snaped the nipple that holds it in the spring or a coil could be bent. If these are the issue PM me and I'll mail you a replacement.

Thanks guys.

Last question of curiosity here;
What would happen if I fired the rifle without repairing this issue ?
Anything serious/dangerous ?

Failure to extract and you would probaly loose the extractor. Nothing major as I can see. But it may make your shooting time very limited.
