I NEED a 12.5'' threaded 10/22 barrel....IMPOSSIBLE???

I confirmed it with the RCMP and I was told muzzle devices do add to OAL but NOT barrel length and asked if it needed to be perminantly attached or just threaded and was told simply threaded is fine. He said its no different then putting a butt pad on to add length

This makes perfect sense to me!

Call for yourself and ask they are famous for misinformation but I called they told me threaded is fine so that is what I'm going with until someone tells me differently
