I need a Mosin 91/30 stock!

Where can I find a useable stock for a 91/30?!! I found one on e-bay but he wants 30$ US to ship, I'm looking at $75 US total! Is this too much? I've already tried the WTB route here but nobody's responded. I've actually found 3 other older requests with not one response, maybe by PM(?) If anyone can steer me to a canadian source, heck, ANY source with reasonable prices I will be much obliged.

Numrich will charge you a $15 foreign order charge + shipping, which puts you over $75(don't forget about duty). Marstar doesn't have any. Rich reich & TGP dont want to ship here. Best bet is cruise the gun shops & ee forum for guns with bad bores & good wood.
