I need help with a 20 MOA base

I bought a nice rifle with a 20 MOA base.
The farthest I will ever shoot is 200 yards.
Can I use this base, or will my scope run out of elevation adjustment when I sight in next weekend ?

You shouldn't have any problems sighting in your rifle.

Depends on the scope, but in all likelihood you’ll be good to go.

That's the good news/prediction.

The bad news is if you don’t need a slanted rail you are in all likelihood better off if you had never heard of them. Usually they are in the road for top loading and clearances. As often as not they force a high mount that wasn’t needed. I like the irony of a un-necessary adjustable cheek-piece added to meet the needs of an unnecessary rail.

I did notice the rail to be unusually high.
I could have used low rings with my 42mm lens, but due to a tight budget, I'm using a set of high rings, which is likely going to cause issues.
