I need Magazine identification

Judging by the NSN, I believe those are the inserts to the special FN magazine housing for the FN sub cal kits made by H&K. I would have to hit my parts manuals to be certain, but your NSN is within a few digits of the major components for that kit.

I just bought some parts from a gunsmith who is dead.
I need to identify some parts first. I have a .22 lr magazine with a number on it : 1005-12-147-6971 GH/74C
It is parkerized 5 ½'' long .

Did some googling and it might be for the H&K 270 .22lr rifle.... the only difference is the metal tang is not on the mag for this rifle that is showing in your pics.
This might narrow it down for you.

Stencollector has it right. Those magazines were inserted into a modified FN magazine for the HK .22 subcal device.
 
H&K apparently used one of their commercial 22 rifle mags and added the tang. Lots of guys are looking for those parts, especially in the USA. You might want to advertise them on the milsurps.com forum if you are looking to part with them. Guys do end up with buggered feed lips, and need those pieces.
