I need powder....

Buying powder in Winnipeg is a joke. City of 700,000 people and you can't even get a pound of 4064. Was over at Wholesale few weeks back and their "shipment" had come in. Wanted couple pounds of 4198...only had one though?? As for Cabellas, forget it! just getting a sales person to talk to is like pulling teeth. Group buy from Higginsons is the only way to go. Any Manitobans that want to get approval on this site and proseed?
 
I have never ordered from them before, but I just gave them a call... 4 pounds is about $55.00 in shipping to Winnipeg, they will pay the shipping on 21 pounds but there is still a 15 dollar dangerous goods fee to be paid...

So, all we need to do is find a few people to take a few pounds and we can save on the shipping... I'd be in for 4 to 6 pounds...

I'd really like to give the opportunity to a site supporting company tho...

perhaps if we are going to do this we should organize it some place else that is a little more "Manitoba Sportsmen centric"
 
To put a group buy together one would need approval from the owner of this site. Guess you would have to go through a moderator. Not too hard to get 4 or 5 people on board to meet the 21 pound mark as per no shipping fee.
