I need some help...700 mountain value?

Hi guys. I'm looking at trading my rifle for a X-bow, but the bow isn't as minty as I'd hoped....It may still be a a fair trade, but to be sure I'd like to get an idea of what my rifle is worth....can you give me your opinion?

It's a 700 Mountain LSS (Stainless/brown laminate) in 7/08. Leupold 2 pc. rings/bases.
Condition is an easy 8.5/10 (Metal 100%, handling marks on the stock). Shoots like a hot damn (2 shots into pretty much the same hole, 3rd opens up to 3/4")

These sell new for 1099.99 at wholsale sports before tax.
I would say 800.00 - 850.00
I use a Excalaber Exo Max. I had a Exo mag before that. Both bows shoot great.
Sold the other bow to a friend. Go with Excalaber.
