IRG is solid. The only thing you have to do is excercise some patience. Their monthly import schedule is easy to figure out and come up with an idea of how long it will take for your order to arrive but there has been the odd occasion where there were delays beyond their control.

Overall I've been happy with each of my orders from them.
 
3 orders placed with them, zero issues. Great group and always helpful. If ordering from their USA website, it can take a month or two depending when you place the order.
 
I have had lots of guns and accessories brought in through IRG. No issues at all. It seems like new customers who don’t read or understand their import process, wait time, and fees, are the ones who generally complain about IRG.
 
I ordered my first gun (revolver) nov.14th 2019 off the US site and had it in my hands nov.28 2019, I will have no problem ordering from these guys again
 
Used him several times and could not be happier. My brother used him to import our late fathers pistols in to Canada and all was very smooth.
 
Please read the shipping and import policy. I put in a order for 1 Magazine over a month ago. The $25 flat shipping fee is to bring your order into Canada. Additional shipping charges and taxes are charged a second time.
