After saying repeatedly "I will never buy a Glock" I went against the words I so proudly said and ordered a brand spanking new Glock 19 Gen 4... I ordered it from a store in quebec... great price, good service and it was in stock... I am looking forward to shooting my vary own brick...

LOL, I said the exact same thing 2 glocks ago. The only Glock I have now is a brand new G19 Gen3.

Great purchase on your behalf. I havent shot mine either yet but am looking forward to it very soon.

Same here. Never in 25 years of gun ownership had I owned a Glock until a couple months ago when I got a minty used Gen 3 G17. I like it ten times more than I thought I would.

I don't love or hate them. I shot a buddies glock 17 and didn't like the feel of it - too light. Then again I had a shadow, and currently have a CZ97b and 2 1911's so I guess I am just a all steel type guy...

Ha! I have always put Glocks down as the ugliest overrated pieces of plastic, period! ......(I sooooo want to get a Glock 19 this year and I don't know why!) I think I have a fever.

I was in the I'm never buying another Glock camp - until I handled a Gen4 a while ago, now I'm constantly bothered by thoughts of getting a Gen4 19 - b*stards!

good to know I am not the only one that has been lying to ones self... After 1911s, S&W M&P9, CZ 85 Combat and some other cool pistols... I thought they need the to be joined by something that everyone raves about... I got it 5 mags and night sights as well... my first gun with night sights so we will see how it goes...

I was out today at the range and a guy had a Gen4 Glock 22 .40cal and he let me shoot it. I always wanted a Glock. When I shot it, I found it very light and the mag release was in a poor spot for my big hands where I kept hitting it. I no longer want a Glock.

I checked out a g19 tonight ... Felt ####ty, gritty in comparison to solid 1911s. It also felt like I was holding a box, every time I touch one I hate it more
