Well i have always said i would never buy a glock...... Untill i had a mint gen 4 G17 in my hands for a great price of 599. Needless to say i know own it. I will be bringing it out for a test drive tomorrow. Hopefully it goes well or it might end up on EE . As the good old saying goes " never say never"

I own a gen 3G17, as well as a gen 3 G34. Love them both. They went bang right out of the box, and the only time I have ever had jams was when I was first learning to reload and loaded bullets too light to cycle the slide. They shoot straight.

I shot one of my worse groups ever with my new one. I'm a novice and not a very good shot yet so I guess it's not as bad as it sounds.

Well my test drive today was great. I am happy with the G17. My only complaint is the trigger. The box says 5.5lb but if feels like 8. Any glocksperts here have any suggestions?
