I was browsing the net and came across a couple of pics for ar-15 lowers and thought they might make a nice build platform , the last pic is the best .

P.S. If this is a repost sorry.:runaway:

Wow this kicks ass, even more than the "#### yeah" setting on the full auto notch on some other lower i've seen.

Would be a neat project for sure.

Tom Sawyer Manufacturing in Minnesota. They will put engrave pretty much anything you want on a lower, from what I've read. I don't know of a distributor in Canada that carries them, so best bet is probably to talk to Questar.

The website of Tom Sawyer is under contruction - here's the URL: htt p://www.tomsawyermfg.com/

I've read quite a bit about their products on AR15.com, and they seem to be popular with people in the USA.

I wonder if we could get something engraved on a currently owned AR?
Something funny? ;) S for STOP!, instead of an "F", how about a "G" for Go!
In the area where my AR would/ should have a notch for F-Auto, I could put, "I wish", or " spray" like on a Garden hose nozzle.:p

I'm still trying to decide how to mark my billet AR180B lower.

So far I've got (safe, fire, auto):
- "Friends, Hippies, Zombies"
- "Safe, Fire, #### Yeah"
- "Stop, Rock, Roll"

Or something.

I recall a thread on this some time back and the cost+import fees would render a stripped lower to about 3-400 if memory serves me right

cost doesnt really matter if this is a "special" custom made lower for a gift etc....

I like the one that has the infinity symbol made out of the bullet symbol for full auto.
