Twice now, just after checking the Hical website I have received this message in my email:

Come one guys......secure your website, and don't let my email address get in the hands of these kind of S***heads
I like doing business with you, I want to receive your email updates....I gave you may email for that purpose....not so you can share the address with every cyber shmuck that comes along....
Can you step up efforts to deal with this..... They are clearly making new member profiles and emailing profiles that are online....

I'm sure they didn't mean to make that happen.. I'm sure bringing it up can help in adressing the problem, but I'm sure there is a more respecful way to approach it.
