36 hamon, and Light infantry are correct. A new unused matching set is very rare and 200 is about right. I unloaded 6 sets, from my collection, quickly in the recent past and this would be the very high end of stock values. Individual pieces new are seen sometimes and used seen all the time.
What is at the Shows and Here Recently. NEW butts and handguards 10-40 each. Forestocks 60-120. Long butts 30-60
USED butts and handguards 10-20. Forestocks 20-60. L butts 30-40.
Like in all collecting a premium is made on a rare piece or part. example a Long butt on #1 or #4 as most shooters could use these.
I will not comment on prices of complete Lee Enfields or other milsurps, at this time.
Individuals will sometimes just unload parts for personal reasons. And a business is,of coarse, a business.
We shall soon see what happens in 2012.
