I Think I have a Badger Problem.

0H, and don't try using a 5 gal pail to drown them out. Borrow the farmer's water tank, go to town, spend a dollar, and drop 185 gallons down the hole. If he's in there, he'll be on his way out
My uncle was telling me a story the other day about when he was young him and his brother had a little trailor with a water tank on it that they would use to flood gopher holes.
If the gopher tried to run, their dog was already in place to jump on em as they come out of the hole.
"The old man" would keep telling them to leave the bigger holes alone as they were badger holes.
The "the old man knows nothing" attitude set in, and they flooded a badger hole.
Badger came out, "in the blink of an eye as the dog jumped twards the hole, the badger grabbed the dog, cut his underside open from the neck to the rear legs and the dogs guts spilled out".
I guess they had some explaining to do when "the old man" got home...
What are the regs on taking them?
