okay... so ive had my R-PAL since 2009 but i have not had a single restricted up until Jan 2016, now i have EIGHT handguns

bought 2 today and are on the way, a P226 clone and a Glock 22, i dont even know why i bought them.... i already have 2x handguns in 9mm and another in .40,
granted the glock 22 was $699 brand new gen 4, im not sure anyone can beat that price in Canada, shipping was $15 Xpresspost, the G22 can help his older XDm 40 brother out in consuming the stock of .40SW ammo i have
but still, totally unnecessary
best reason i came up with for getting the p226 clone? to eat the crappy 2000x rounds of steel ammo the SFP9 and the Jericho 941 doesnt want to eat, turns out i bought a gun to accessorize my ammo...???

now out of all that, i have an excuse to buy more hard cases, trigger locks, ammo, chamber flags, arrrg never ending!

If you have avoided buying handguns until now even though you have an R-PAL..... DONT! its a slippery slope, and the second the wave catches you, its all over! RUN AWAY WHILE YOU CAN!

It always starts out with the fist one and then snowballs. I did ok for years with my one restricted until I found this sight, now it never enough.

Yes you do....you don't have any money left for ammo.......

uhh... well.... by my latest counts

2500x 9mm
2000x .40SW
2000x .45ACP
4200x .22LR
1100x .223REM
750x 12GA #7.5

before JAN 2016 i had

1110x .22LR (2 yrs old)
1000x .223REM (2 yrs old)
250x 12GA #7.5 (1 yr old)

i blame boxing day sales and new years sales... yes.. those 2 events made me do it.

i know for a fact that i wouldn't be able to sleep at night knowing my slides weren't all the way forward, with the hammer dropped.

its weird that i don't worry about my mag springs being returned though...

Why the chamber flags? I don't think Id be able to sleep at night if I knew the slide wasn't all the way forward on my guns :D

oooooh trust me, they are not in the guns in my house, only for range "safety", no springs are under tension when the guns are stored in my basement, ive developed this OCD real fast.

the rule is, you must unpack your gun at the and unlock it right at the shooting line, you cannot bring the gun unboxed behind the red line.
My Nanuk 935 hard case doesnt even fit cuz its too big so the compromise is there is a chamber flag and a trigger lock to let everyone know the chamber is clear and safe.

Recon you'd better get back to work....clearly not being busy is costing you dear.....lol.....nice start by the way....gonna need a new safe real soon.....

Problem is.. you need to get a cheap Tok, so that you can have some cheap fun in 7.62x25… EE is your friend.

*plugs ears* LALALALALA i am not listening anymore i dont need anymore gunzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz haha but thanks ill check it out....... nope i wont, cant spend anymore..... okay maybe one little looksee

I too am a victim of excess collecting...both ammo and firearms. I started 3 years ago and have over 30 (lost count), plus literally tens of thousands of rounds of ammo (running out of storage boxes). Perhaps they have some form of rehab like a 12 step program...

LMAO that's a nice EI cheque...
Did you stock up on Kraft dinner yet ?

haha ive solved the problem with food, i just dont eat food anymore :)

got onto this stuff called Soylent, its 100% of every single vitamin, mineral, fiber, etc, etc your body needs and 0% excess, been on this for 5 months straight with the occasion eating out with friends, ive never felt better in my life, im more awake, more aware, think a little faster, weight is perfect bmi and has not moved more than 2 lbs up or down.

so rather than hoarding all that ammo, why don't you go out and shoot it. I could help you with that, not doubt about it.
