I think I just shot my best group ever

I loaded them quick virgin 243 brass necked up set to Max aics mag length . Tested to see if it feed or had a stiff bolt on closeing.I do not think I was jamming them. But not sure of how much jump ( I am chasing the lands with this barrel)

As soon as I can not get good groups and feed from a mag this barrel is being screwed off. I am thinking it will become a 6.5 Creedmoor next time around

The primers were federal Gold Medal Match 210m

Thanks Jaimie! Great shooting!

The 130's shoot well in both my guns. They aren't as fussy as the 140's. My 6.5x47 was spec'd for 123 scenars also, but it shoots 130's better.

I always wanted the Creedmoor but never could catch one and gave up.

That's beyond being just a great rifle and load. You are to be commended for fantastic technique as well. Congrats and wait till you shoot a 1/4 MOA group at longer distance then you'll really be hooked!!!

Oh I am a longtime LR guy but after getting sponsored for action shooting it took me away for my PR Rigs

My buddy joe shot this group with my rifle after. 123 Lapua only had 4 Rds left he says he felt he pulled one shot

Sorry, I wasn't very clear on what I mean't. Let me rephrase that:

*According to this board, a remington 700 action should not shoot that well. You need an aftermarket action to accomplish that degree of precision.

Oh it was me who missed that lol

Only difference now is a Burris scope and a fixed A2 stock

The night force is on my MK12 Mod Barkwell now
